Beijing: China's President instructed military officers to close their private business by the end of the year. According to the Chinese media, President Shi Jiang's orders are part of the campaign to eliminate corruption in the army and they want to make the world a global-level combat force. It is clear that the Chinese army started commercial activities in the 70s. According to the report, the Chinese President said military officers stop running real estate projects, school and publishing services and the army focuses on its original professional responsibilities. According to the Gobal Times report, China's Central Military Commission (CMC) will close all its businesses till the end of 2018, while 94% of the private private projects have already been eliminated. A military officer said during the press conference that the Chinese army serves in 15 fields, out of which 12 have been eliminated. These 15 fields include nursery education, press and publications, culture and sports, communications, personal training, barracks projects, storage and transport, real estate, medical care and scientific research.
